Tuesdays @ 2

Tuesdays at 2 will be hosted on Zoom each week.

Weekly - 2:00 - 3:00 PM ET

The sessions are open for anyone to join, with a focus on developing and mentoring Managers or aspiring Managers.

These sessions are for your growth as a manager. We will talk about the situations that you bring to us, so that you can learn how to navigate them for better results.

Active participation and engagement are expected.

We know what you're thinking... Not another "training" session where I sit in for an hour and listen to other people's problems and hear the "book" answers about how to solve them that don't even fit my situation.

We can guarantee this will not be one of those! This will truly be management development. We will also guarantee you will come away from most sessions with some necessary, everyday, relevant, real-life skills to make you a better manager. The stuff you don't get from books, podcasts, and seminars. Just sitting and listening in while you work is cool, but we're very confident that once you hear some of the information you will want to contribute! You may even want to tell others in your organization or other organizations about the sessions?!
